The Vanguard Gallery is a nomadic space for celebrating African art, stories and identity in all forms - bridging the past, present, and future. We spotlight Black artists and invite audiences to reflect, connect, and imagine through works that challenge perceptions and honour the beauty of often overlooked narratives.

Through each exhibition, we aim to inspire reflection and spark dialogue which ultimately asks the question:

“But aren’t we magnificent?”
